Monday 6/1/20: TO DO: Practical activity to demonstrate the action of human salivary amylase. DONE: Students conducted the above practical and wrote it up. Homework: complete the worksheet given out at the end of class.

Homework: study the diagram of the animal and plant cell, the various parts and the functions of all the various parts for a short, low-stakes test on Thursday.
